Aim of the project:
ADA aims to mitigate the gender gap in entrepreneurship, particularly the one oriented towards, or enabled by digital technology (DT) and promotes new and innovative entrepreneurial ideas leveraging DT, through the upskilling and/or reskilling of currently employed and/or company founding seeking adult women, who need enhancement of the respective skillsets required to fulfill their entrepreneurial vision.
